What are Soy Lotion Candles?

     Soy lotion candles, are also called body candles and massage candles. These are yet another type of candle, this one serving several simultaneous functions. While they light a room, provide a wonderful ambiance, and emit subtle fragrance, lotion candles also contain cosmetic ingredients that make them a great body moisturizer and massage oil alternative. Because of their ingredients, a true lotion candle will melt at a very low temperature, usually at just 100 - 102 degrees. At slightly above body temperature, they are warm and not hot.

     Each Lotion candle is individually made with cotton wicks, natural soy, Shea butter, vitamin E oil, Almond oil and essential oil and/ or fragrance oils. They are softly scented just enough to radiate your skin as it is rubbed in. Lotion candles are used to relieve stress and also revitalize your skin. These candles are extremely rich and emollient... a little bit goes a long way.
